About Me

Shenelle is a trailblazer in the field of travel content creation in Sri Lanka and serves as the Official YouTube ambassador for the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotions Bureau. In 2022, she received the prestigious title of "The Best Youth Tourism Promoter" from Women in Management. She is a highly respected figure in the travel and tourism industry in Sri Lanka for continuous work done to uplift the industry over the past half-decade
Before embarking on her career as a full-time content creator, Shenelle was a prominent model in Sri Lanka. She was selected to represent Sri Lanka in the Supermodels of Asia Pacific Competition in 2011 and achieved the historic milestone of becoming the first Sri Lankan to grace the cover of Vogue India in 2016. This recognition was a result of her efforts to challenge stereotypes in the local modeling industry under the theme of "Beauty in Diversity."

Shenelle is the Co-founder of Assort Creative Pvt Ltd (a boutique production house), Director of The Model Atelier (a talent management agency) and serves as the Brand Ambassador for the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotions Bureau and the Edith Cowan University of Australia in Sri Lanka,

Shehaan is the man behind the scenes. Co-founder of Assort Creative and Co-Producer of the @sheneller YouTube channel, Shehaan specializes in the strategy behind all of their digital campaigns and handles all operations and logistics of the organization

Shehaan's background in marketing paired with his love for travel makes for a great fit to complement Shenelle's creative flair for storytelling.

Shehaan is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Assort Creative and the Co-Producer of the Sheneller YouTube channel. he also consults a number of travel and tourism-related organizations with regards to Social media strategy & execution.

Videography

Having directed, filmed and produced over 50 campaigns in the past 02 years, Shenelle and Shehaan have developed an expertise in cinematic storytelling which they showcase within their own platforms as well as the brands they work with.

Having started their career by directing and producing "This is Sri Lanka" featuring Bollywood Actress and Miss World, Manushi Chillar for Cinnamon Hotels, to premiering their own travel series on prime time TV, the duo loves to constantly push the boundaries of how a story can be told.

Having been in front of the camera for the past 10 years and working with some of the most renowned photographers in the industry, Shenelle brings a significant amount of expertise of fashion and product photography to the table. The duo have been creating impactful content for brands through their social platforms for over 3 years and take great pride in the still imagery they capture for the products and services they partner with.

One of our missions when starting this journey was to ensure the stories of Sri Lanka are showcased to the rest of the world through the work. The aim still remains that we do our best to shine a spotlight on the potential of the Island we lie in.
Our #Thisissrilanka campaign is now in its 3rd year with over 10 million engaged audiences reached across the world. As we focus on tapping the international travel market, our team remains focused on ensuring our mission of taking Sri Lanka to the world continues through all the content we create.
