Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Services

All services offered via Sheneller.com—including but not limited to content consultations, curated experiences, guided tours, and bookings—are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated on the dedicated service page.
 

Returns (Physical Products Only)

We accept returns for physical merchandise within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Packaging must be intact and include any tags or inserts.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@sheneller.com with your order details.
 

Refunds (Physical Products)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds may take several business days to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider
 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please email us at hello@sheneller.com within 14 days of receiving your item. We'll guide you through the next steps, subject to item availability.
 

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital downloads or media
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards or promotional codes
- Perishable or consumable goods
 

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on availability and your preference.
 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item was received defective or damaged

In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
 

Processing Time

All refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5–7 business days after receiving your return. Additional time may be required by your payment provider to reflect the refund.
